Studio Excellent 21

Welcome to our cozy studio Excellent 21 (approx. 23 m²).
The space features a comfortable sleeping area with two large single beds (90x210 cm) and a sitting area with a small kitchenette.
The kitchenette includes a Nespresso machine, kettle, combi microwave/oven, and refrigerator.
Please note that cooking is not allowed, but you can reheat meals or prepare simple dishes in the oven.
Coffee, tea, and fruit are included.

Enjoy HD TV and free Wi-Fi during your stay.

The modern bathroom is equipped with a rain shower, sink, and toilet.

Outside, you can relax at the picnic table in front of the studio or on the spacious and sunny terrace (approx. 40 m²) at a higher level.
The studio has a private entrance and is located in the basement level of a villa.

Soesterberg is centrally located in the Netherlands, close to Zeist, Amersfoort, and Utrecht.
Public transport is nearby.

Business travelers often visit Utrecht (Jaarbeurs), and students head to Utrecht University or HU University of Applied Sciences.
 UMC Utrecht and the Wilhelmina Children’s Hospital are also easily accessible.

If you plan to explore major cities, we recommend traveling by car. Amsterdam, for example, is only about 40 minutes away.

Excellent 21 is situated in a quiet and green residential area.
Shops such as a supermarket, bakery, butcher, greengrocer, and drugstore are within walking distance. Several restaurants are nearby.

Love walking, cycling, or mountain biking? The forest and multiple routes are just around the corner.
Nearby attractions include the airbase and the National Military Museum.
