You are not allowed to smoke in the accommodation, but outside or on the terrace, there are also ashtrays. Please take into account neighbors and other guests.

From midnight (12.00) there should be no (noise) nuisance. Organizing parties and events is not allowed. Only the pre-registered guests are allowed to be in the room.

Drug use and therefore also laughing gas is not allowed in and around the house. If the house rules are violated, the police will be called in.

 If the space is not left clean or if damage is caused to the space or the inventory, we charge extra cleaning costs or costs to replace the damaged items. These will be sent to you afterwards.

Children are very welcome, the accommodation is particularly suitable for older children or small babies. It is less suitable and equipped for small toddlers who crawl and touch everything.

Pets are not allowed.
